Lloyd was the most helpful person I've spoken with in a long time. Very grateful for his support.

You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone

Living as an autistic person in a world that isn't always designed with you in mind can be exhausting. You may feel pressure to mask who you are, struggle with sensory overload, become overwhelmed by change, or find that relationships, work and everyday responsibilities require far more energy than other people realise.

My approach provides a supportive, non-judgemental space to explore how autism shapes your experiences and to develop practical strategies that work for you. Together, we'll identify your strengths, address the challenges that matter most, and build sustainable approaches that support greater confidence, balance and wellbeing.

The aim is not to change who you are, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, draw on your strengths, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity and hope.

Whether you've known you're autistic for a while, recently received a formal diagnosis, or recognise autistic traits in yourself, you're welcome here.

Practical Areas of Support

Break the cycle of procrastination
Explore ways to start, continue and complete tasks with greater ease.

Build stronger relationships
Strengthen communication, navigate misunderstandings, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships at work and home.

Masking vs Authenticity
Develop greater self-awareness, and make informed choices about when and how you express your authentic self.

Sensory Issues
Better understand your sensory profile and develop strategies to reduce sensory overload and create environments that support your wellbeing.

Mitigate Overwhelm
Learn to prioritise, simplify decisions and regain a sense of control when everything feels like too much.

Burnout
Recognise the signs of autistic burnout, understand what contributes to it, and develop sustainable strategies for recovery and prevention.

Obsessive Behaviour
Explore when focused interests and repetitive behaviours are helpful, when they become restrictive, and how to create greater flexibility without losing what matters to you.

Alexithymia
Develop greater awareness of emotions, learn to recognise how they show up in your body, and build confidence expressing your needs.

Channel Your Hyperfocus
Harness one of your greatest strengths while reducing its impact on time management, relationships and everyday responsibilities.

Thrive at Work
Navigate workplace challenges including communication, organisation, sensory demands, productivity and managing stress.

Anger Management
Resist impulsive reactions, strengthen emotional regulation and respond to stress with greater calm and confidence. Don't react, respond.

Acceptance of Self and Others
Develop greater self-compassion, reduce self-criticism and build healthier expectations of yourself and those around you.

Navigate Transitions
Whether you're changing careers, moving house or simply getting up from your computer, learn strategies to pivot with greater confidence.

Develop Long-Term Wellbeing
Build sustainable habits that support physical health, emotional wellbeing and long-term quality of life.

Sleep Difficulties
Develop practical strategies to improve sleep by addressing routines, sensory factors, stress and other barriers to restorative rest.
