• Personal sessions are run at a discounted rate, as they are not supporting a commercial gain, such as management improvement or career advancement

• Please do not book a Personal session with the intention of discussing a commercial matter

• The full duration of Free 1st Sessions is 30 minutes, comprising a 20-minute consultation + 10 minutes of private administration time

• The full duration of all subsequent (paid) sessions is 60 minutes, comprising a 50-minute consultation + 10 minutes private administration time

• All prices are updated with the Australian CPI on February 1st each year

• We strive to offer value-for-money via session efficiency and quality counselling that achieves more with less sessions
